Current version of BackRex Backup tools provides backup support for Outlook, Windows Mail, Outlook Express, Eudora, The

Unfortunately no. BackRex Backup tools cannot help you in this situation. To do such migration you can use internal import/export wizard
in Outlook or Outlook Express.
The frequency of mail backups depends on your daily mail flow and your needs. For example: if you have 2 - 5 emails per day, an appropriate
backup frequency is about once or twice per month.
